Stephanie Lockman
Translation and Content Manager
Before Stephanie made her way into the world of translation, she spent six years in a program management role in the customer service field. She first brought this customer service experience to ATS in 2013 as an intern while completing a translation certificate program. This customer service background allows her to build strong rapport with clients and language teams alike, helping to create a positive experience for everyone involved in the translation process.
Stephanie had the chance to study abroad on two separate occasions during her student career, spending time in both Spain and Costa Rica to further her education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, a Master of Arts degree in Spanish, and a Graduate Certificate in Translation, all from the University of Louisville (UofL).
